Biography |
I have served as a Merit Badge Counselor for Citizenship in the Cummuinty for a number of years and have worked with neraly a hundred Scouts as they worked to obtain the merit badge. I emphasize the need to truly be a Citizen, to understand the Community of which each of us is a part and the critical need to participate as a member of the Community. |
